Terms of service
Effective date: August 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of pruvo (the “service”), operated from Argentina. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
pruvo is a GitHub App. When a pull request is opened or updated on a repository you have linked, it reads the change and generates manual test cases, which your team then marks as passed or failed in a dashboard. Generation uses a third-party AI model, so results vary and are a starting point for a human, not a substitute for one. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
Plans and limits
- Free — 3 lifetime trial generations, 1 linked repository, 3 members.
- Team (US$29/month) — 300 generations per month, unlimited repositories, 10 members.
A generation is one run against one pull request. Limits may be adjusted with notice; we will not reduce what an active paid subscription already includes during its current billing period.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If the service does not work for you, we offer a full refund on your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase — email hello@pruvo.ar.
Your code and your data
Your code remains yours. Installing the App grants pruvo read access to the repositories you select, and it uses that access only to generate test cases for pull requests. What is read, what is sent to the model and what is kept is set out in what we do with your code and the privacy policy.
You are responsible for having the right to grant that access, and for not committing secrets or third-party personal data into the code pruvo reads.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service on code you have no right to process, attempt to reach another organisation’s data, disrupt the service, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and in particular not for defects that reach production because a generated test case was missing, wrong, or marked passed.
Termination
You may uninstall the App or delete your organisation at any time; uninstalling ends all access immediately. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
