Privacy policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026

pruvo is operated from Argentina. This policy covers the hosted service. For the specific question of what the GitHub App reads from your repositories, see what we do with your code, which is more detailed than this page.

What we collect

We do not store your diffs or your file contents. They are fetched from GitHub when a pull request event arrives, sent to the model, and dropped.

How we use it

To run the service: generate cases, show them to your team, enforce plan limits, and bill subscriptions. We do not sell it, and we do not use your code or your generated cases to train models.

Subprocessors

WhoWhat they receiveWhere
AnthropicThe PR diff, changed file list, title and description, to generate cases. Not used for training.United States
GitHubThe App installation; the source of everything pruvo reads, and where results are posted as a PR comment.United States
Lemon SqueezyBilling, as Merchant of Record. They hold payment details; we never see a card number.United States

Retention

Generated cases and their sign-off history are kept while the organisation exists, because the audit trail is the point of them. Deleting a scenario removes its cases; deleting a project removes its scenarios; deleting an organisation removes everything belonging to it. Uninstalling the GitHub App ends all access immediately, since the installation token stops existing.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data by emailing hello@pruvo.ar. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, account holders are notified by email before the change takes effect.
